Bastic Criteria Governing Signs:
Tenant signs must be kept clean and in good operation condition.it is recommended that each tenant develop a maintenance program to assure that its sign will always aper inviting to customers and enhance the overall appearance of the Shopping Center.
APPROVALS
Each tenant must submit it sign to Landlord for review and approval prior to filling of an application for a sign permit.
Each tenant shall be responsible for the costs of obtaining the necessary licenses and /or permits for its sign.and for the costs of manufacturing and installing its sign.Tenant shall promptly apply for all such signage licenses and/or permits and thereafter diligently pursue receipt of sam.Tenant shall provide Landlord with copied of any suce applications within five days after Tenant’s submittal and shall provide Landlord with copied of any such licenses and/or permits within five days after receipt.
In addition to obtaining the approval of Landlord.a tenant must ensure that all of its signs are in conformance with local sign ordinances and codes.
All sign vendors and contractors must be approved by Landlord.and approval sign vendors and contractors must submit required insurances to Landlord prior to commencing any sign work at the Shoping Center.
MANUFACTURING
All wirting,Transformers,and other necessary equipment shall be concealed
All work shall be done in a workmanlike manner and approved by Landord.
The responsible tenant,at that tenant’s sole cost and expense.and to Landlord’s satisfaction and approval,shall repair any damage to the fascia.
Upon vacating its leased premises,a tenant shall remove its sign and restore the fascla to its original condition.This shall be done at the tenant’s sole cost and expense.and to the satisfaction and approval of Landlord.
