HOW TO INSTALL REVERSE LIT CHANNEL LETTERS ON WALL !

Now the front lit channels are the most common type of channel letter and they draw attention during the day or night.But we often called sign with “halo” or “backlit” letters, reverse lit channel letter signs are mounted away from the wall, causing the light to form a halo effect behind the sign.The distance from the sign to the wall about 1.5in.they’re mounted on enables the halo of illumination around each individual character, helping the reverse lit channel letters to stand out.and the reverse channel letters have a metal/stainless steel/Aluminum face so strong use.
Below is detailes info for you install :
Flat Metal Mounting use regular nuts to screw on to stud mounted letters to attach to the letters to the front and back of the wall.Stud mounted letters have threaded metal prongs on the back of the letter for blemish free mounting.We offer stud mount options on almost all of our sign letters.
We will sent studs ,nuts.a paper template inside box when we ship out by FedEx.
Step 1:
Setting the studs in the back of the letter will depend on the material of the lettering，stainless steel require the studs be set with adhesive.Metal letters will have drilled and tepped holes the studs can screw into.
Step 2: Studs and Nuts
Screw the nuts on to the studs estimating where you want them offset from surface.
Step 3:Template preparation.
Use a pencil to punch out the stud maks on the template to help with marking the wall
Step 4: Template Placement
Use a level to put your mounting template straight on the surface.this is great time to stand back and double check the spelling spaceing and alignment of the sign before drilling any holes.
Step 5: Marking
Use a sharp pencil to mark the wall through the holes punched out in the mounting template .
Take down the mounting template
Step 6: Remove Template
It is good idea to keep the mounting template in case the lettering needs to be reinstalled somewhere else a later date.
Step 7: Drilling
Find the marks on the mounting surface and drill all the hole.position the lettering in the holes and adjust the nuts against the surface so your letters.project at the same distance.Have your helper secure the studes on the backside with nuts.stand back and looks at your sign to make sure the letters look straight and properly spaced.you may need to adjust the holes to straighten the letter .
